hi, I'm Alli
I'm a marker artist and painter, and most of what I make starts in meditation. Something comes up, a feeling, an image, a question I can't shake, and I follow it onto the page until I can actually see it. Scorpio sun, Sagittarius rising. I go looking for what's underneath, and I can't stop talking about it. But I want to be clear: I'm not a guru. I'm an artist who meditates, sees things, and draws them. Parallel timelines. Chakra energy. Soul contracts. Manifestation. These ideas can feel abstract until you can see them.
That is what this work is trying to do. Give the concepts somewhere to live that is not just a book or a podcast or a late night thought you cannot quite hold onto. A piece on your wall does something different. It stays. It catches different light on different days. It is there when someone walks into your home and asks what it is about, and suddenly you are having a conversation you did not know you wanted to have.
The art is a bridge. Into bigger questions, into your own thinking, into a way of understanding your life that most people never get handed a map for. New to all of this, deep in it, or just curious because something in the work caught you...it was made to meet you there.
